This workshop invites participants to explore self-expression through a multi-sensory experience, where sound meets mindful processing using art materials.

Inspired by Visual Music, an artform in which sound/ music is translated into a visual representation, participants are invited to consider their own interpretation of this, as experienced through an immersive sound journey.

The workshop is designed to create a space for participants to intentionally connect with and reflect more deeply on the experience of a soundbath, in particular exploring the textures, emotions, mental images, and bodily sensations that arise. After the journey through sound, you have the option to experiment with art materials and drawing to intuitively translate the internal to visual marks.

All are welcome, no prior experience of sound or artistic/ creative work is necessary. We will embrace free expression, and have some fun!
